Our products are manufactured to the highest standards. However, should you have an issue please check our warranty conditions prior to contacting us. 

To process your case as quickly as possible, please fill out the contact form and upload your purchase receipt (including date of purchase, reseller name and address).

Is my product certified?

Yes, our Rexel Shredders are CE, GS and TÜV certified. To find the certificate please visit the corresponding product page or contact us for a request.
